Patrol and Monitoring:
Our team is responsible for patrolling assigned areas, operating radio-transmitting equipment if necessary, providing information to the public and visitors, preventing loss, damage, or misuse of property, monitoring overall safety, reporting any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions, securing all access points, and responding to routine and emergency procedures as directed.
Communication and Reporting:
We ensure effective communication by mailing out surveys for feedback, providing detailed post orders for our security officers, and implementing unique supervision with communication tools. We also handle complaints and requests efficiently through our operational procedures.
